Is the product different for each industry?

Why did you start with restaurants?
Restaurant schedules change every week, teams are young and multilingual, and call-outs come hours before service. It was one of the hardest places we knew to schedule well, so that's where we shaped the product.
Do employees need to download an app?
No. Shabetzli works inside WhatsApp. If they can reply to a message, they're set up.
