Frequently asked questions
Can it match instructors to the classes they're certified for?
Yes. Each instructor's qualifications are part of your setup, and classes are only assigned, or offered as substitutions, to instructors qualified for them.
Many of our instructors also work at other studios. Is that a problem?
No. They tell Shabetzli when they're available, in their own words, and the draft works around it.
How are substitute instructors found?
When an instructor cancels, Shabetzli messages qualified instructors who are free at that time, confirms the first one who accepts and notifies you.
Does it manage member bookings?
No. Shabetzli schedules your staff, not your members. Keep using your booking system for classes and memberships.
Does it connect to our booking or membership software?
