Caregivers Scheduled in Their Own Language

Your caregivers speak Russian, Hebrew, Arabic, English and more. Shabetzli talks to each of them privately in their language, collects availability, drafts the week's visits and finds a replacement when someone can't make it, so clients aren't left waiting.

Shown in English. Each caregiver chooses their own language.

Sounds Familiar?

In care, a missed shift isn't an inconvenience. Someone is waiting at home.

A team of many languages

Caregivers from the former Soviet Union, the Philippines, India and Ethiopia, and coordinators who work in Hebrew. Instructions get lost in between.

Continuity for each client

Elderly clients do better with caregivers they know. Every change has to be explained to a family.

A caregiver can't come

A caregiver is sick on Friday morning and the client can't be left alone. The coordinator starts calling down a list.

Visits across the city

Hours are split between clients in different neighborhoods, and availability changes with every new client.

Frequently asked questions

Which languages can caregivers use?

Each caregiver chooses their own language. Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic and Spanish are supported, among others. If your team speaks a language not listed here, talk to us.

Does it suit agencies whose caregivers visit several clients?

Yes. Shabetzli collects each caregiver's availability and drafts the week's shifts and visits across your clients. Your setup is configured with you during onboarding.

What happens when a caregiver calls in sick?

Shabetzli messages suitable caregivers who are free at that time, confirms the first fitting answer and notifies the coordinator.

Does it handle medical records or care plans?

No. Shabetzli handles scheduling only. Care plans and medical information stay in the systems you already use.

Who sees what caregivers write?

Each caregiver talks to Shabetzli one-on-one. Managers see what each person asked for and conversation summaries, never the raw messages, and the raw text of conversations is not stored.
