Do I have to use the platform?
No. It's optional. You can approve in the chat and open the platform only when you want the details.
Can I read my employees' messages?
No. Managers only ever see summaries of what was asked and agreed. The raw text of employees' conversations is not stored. Read more on our security and privacy page.
Is there anything to install?
No. The platform runs in the browser.
Which numbers does it show?
Coverage, overtime, swaps and response rates for each week, alongside the schedules and requests behind them.
Does it connect to our payroll system?
Shabetzli has its own time clock on WhatsApp and organizes hours per employee, but it doesn't export to payroll. Tell us which systems you use. We're happy to talk about it, but we don't promise integrations at this stage.
