A Full Crew for Every Event

A wedding on Thursday, a corporate dinner on Sunday, a bar mitzvah next week. Shabetzli asks your pool of waiters, cooks and bartenders who's free for which event, drafts each crew by role and finds a replacement when someone drops out.

Event dates asked privately, answers recorded, shifts confirmed.

Sounds Familiar?

Every event is a new schedule, and the crew changes every time.

A different crew every event

Each event needs its own mix of waiters, bartenders and kitchen staff, drawn from a pool of people who also work elsewhere.

Waiting for confirmations

You posted the event in the group two days ago. Half the group reacted with a thumbs-up. You still don't know who's actually coming.

Peaks you can't spread out

Wedding season and the holidays put several events on the same night, each needing its own crew and shift lead.

Drop-outs on the day

A waiter cancels on the morning of a 300-guest wedding. You're calling down a list while the truck is being loaded.

A Week with Shabetzli

What the week looks like once your rules are set.

  1. 1Sunday

    Dates go out

Shabetzli asks your pool which of the coming events they can work.

  2. 2Monday

    Reminders

Anyone who hasn't answered is reminded privately. No more counting reactions in the group.

  3. 3Tuesday

    Crews drafted

Each event gets a crew by role, with shift leads assigned and hours spread fairly.

  4. 4Wednesday

    You approve

Approve the crews, and each person receives their events privately.

  5. 5Thursday

    An event-day drop-out

A waiter cancels on the morning of a wedding. Shabetzli finds a free replacement and confirms.

Frequently asked questions

We don't have a fixed weekly schedule. Does it still work?

Yes. Instead of weekly availability, Shabetzli can ask about specific event dates and draft a crew for each event. Your setup is configured with you during onboarding.

Can it work with freelancers and people who only come for events?

Yes, as long as they use WhatsApp. They're added to your pool once and asked about event dates like everyone else.

How do we make sure each event has a shift lead?

Roles and skills, such as captain or bar lead, are part of your setup. Each crew is drafted with the roles you require, and anything missing is visible before you approve.

What happens if someone drops out on the day?

Shabetzli messages suitable people who are free that day, confirms the first fitting answer and notifies you.

Do you integrate with our event management or payroll software?

Not at this stage. Tell us what you use; it helps us decide what to build next.

Your next schedule could build itself.

We're onboarding teams gradually, so each one gets personal setup. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when your spot is ready.
