1. About these terms
The website at shabetzli.com (the "site") is operated by Shabetzli ("we", "us"). You can reach us at get.nivoai@gmail.com. These terms apply to anyone who visits or uses the site. If you do not agree to them, please don't use the site.
These terms are also available in Hebrew. For users in Israel, if there is any inconsistency between the versions, the Hebrew version prevails. The terms apply equally to everyone, regardless of gender.
2. Shabetzli is in private access
Shabetzli is in a pre-launch, private-access stage. The information on the site describes the service as we are building it and is provided for general information. Features, plans, availability and timing may change. Nothing on the site is an offer, a binding commitment or a guarantee of any particular result.
3. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything.
- Joining does not guarantee access to the service, a particular onboarding date or a particular price. We onboard teams gradually and decide whom to invite and when.
- Launch pricing and its terms will be presented to you before you commit to anything.
- You agree to give accurate details, and only details you are entitled to share.
4. Using the service
Use of the Shabetzli service by a business is governed by a separate customer agreement, including terms on the processing of personal information, which will be presented before the business starts using the service. In the event of a conflict, the customer agreement prevails over these terms. Without derogating from that agreement:
- The business remains responsible for its schedules and for its obligations as an employer, including under laws on hours of work and rest. Shabetzli helps managers apply the rules they configure and flags possible issues, but it does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any law.
- Every schedule is approved by the business before it is published.
- Schedules, summaries and hours are prepared automatically and may contain errors. The business should review them before relying on them.
- The time clock records the times employees report by message. The business remains responsible for keeping any attendance records the law requires, and for checking hours before using them, for example for payroll.
- The business is responsible for having a lawful basis to provide its employees' details to Shabetzli and for informing employees as required by law.
- The service relies on WhatsApp, which is operated by a third party. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's availability or for changes to it.
5. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- submit false information or information about another person without the right to do so;
- send spam, malicious code or automated submissions through the forms;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it, or disrupt their operation;
- copy, scrape or reuse the site's content in a way that infringes our rights.
6. Intellectual property
The site and its content - including text, design, graphics, the Shabetzli name, logo and character - are owned by Shabetzli or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the site for your own use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.
The conversations shown on the site are illustrative product demonstrations. The people in them are fictional.
7. Third-party services and links
The site loads resources from third-party services (for example fonts and icons) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, services or privacy practices.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Shabetzli will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the site.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes apply from the date they are published and do not apply retroactively. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
