Security & Guarding

Every Post Covered, Day and Night

Shabetzli asks every guard for availability, drafts a 24/7 schedule across your posts that follows the rest and overtime rules you set, and finds a qualified replacement when a guard can't make it.

Cover for a night post, offered only to guards who can take it.

Sounds Familiar?

A post can't stay empty, and the schedule is never finished.

Posts that run 24/7

Every site needs someone on it, day and night, weekends and holidays. One gap ends in a phone call from the client.

Twelve-hour shifts and rest

With long shifts back to back, it's easy to schedule a guard without enough rest in between, or past their overtime limit.

The right guard for the post

Some posts need an armed guard, a specific certification or someone the client already knows. Not everyone can stand every post.

Guards who don't read Hebrew

Many guards are more comfortable in Russian, Arabic or English. A schedule posted in Hebrew to a group gets misread.

A Week with Shabetzli

What the week looks like once your rules are set.

  1. 1Sunday

    Guards are asked

Every guard gets a private message about next week's availability, in their language.

  2. 2Tuesday

    Reminders

Guards who haven't answered are reminded. No more calling around.

  3. 3Wednesday

    A 24/7 draft

Every post covered, qualifications matched, rest and overtime problems flagged.

  4. 4Thursday

    You approve

Approve or adjust, and each guard receives their shifts privately.

  5. 5Saturday

    A night post, covered

A guard on the night post calls out. Shabetzli finds a qualified replacement, confirms, and sees them clock in at 19:00.

Frequently asked questions

Can it handle 12-hour shifts and 24/7 posts?

Yes. Shift lengths, posts and minimum staffing are set up with you during onboarding, and the draft covers every post around the clock.

Does it make sure guards get enough rest between shifts?

Shabetzli helps you respect the rest and overtime rules you configure: the draft follows them and flags anything that breaks them before you approve. It doesn't replace your own legal review.

Can we limit some posts to armed or certified guards?

Yes. Qualifications are part of each guard's setup, and guards are only placed on, or offered cover for, posts they're qualified for.

Many of our guards don't read Hebrew. Will it work for them?

Yes. Each guard chooses their own language, such as Russian, Arabic, English or Spanish, and receives their shifts and messages in it.

Can guards clock in and out?

Yes. Guards clock in and out with a WhatsApp message, in their own language. Shabetzli compares it with the schedule, so a late start or a missed clock-out at the end of a 12-hour shift is flagged, and supervisors see who is on shift right now and each guard's hours.
