Your Team Trusts You With Their Details. We Take That Seriously.
Scheduling runs on personal information: phone numbers, availability, sometimes the reason someone can't work. Here, in plain language, is how Shabetzli handles it.
How Conversations Work
Every employee talks to Shabetzli one-on-one. There's no group chat and no shared thread.
One-on-one, always
Each employee has a private chat with Shabetzli. They see their own messages and their own shifts, and nobody else's.
No more personal details in the group
Exams, health, family reasons for time off - shared privately, not in front of the whole team.
In their own language
Each employee chooses the language Shabetzli writes to them in, and can change it at any time.
What Managers See
Managers need enough to run the schedule, not a window into everyone's private messages. In the manager platform you see:
What managers never see: the raw text of employees' conversations. We don't store it. We keep only what scheduling needs (availability, requests, shifts, clock-in and clock-out times) and a summary.
The schedule, past and present What each employee asked for: availability, time off and preferences Summaries of conversations - the gist of what was agreed Weekly numbers: coverage, overtime, swaps and response rates Who is on shift now, and each employee's hours from the time clock
What We Collect, and Why
We collect only what's needed to schedule your team.
| Information | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Names and roles | To know who works where, and which shifts each person can cover. |
| Phone numbers | To message each employee on WhatsApp. |
| Availability, time off and preferences | To build a schedule that fits the people on it. |
| Schedules and swaps | To publish shifts, handle changes and keep a history for the manager. |
| Language preference | To write to each employee in the language they chose. |
| Employees' messages | Read when they arrive, to understand the reply. We keep only the result (availability, a request, a swap, a clock-in) and a summary, not the raw text. |
| Clock-in and clock-out times | To record hours worked: each employee sees their own hours, and managers see their team's. |
| Manager account details | To let managers sign in, approve schedules and receive notifications. |

The full details
This page is a plain-language overview. Our privacy policy is the full, binding description of how we handle personal information.
Read the privacy policyFrequently asked questions
Can managers read employees' private messages?
No. Managers see schedules, requests, hours and conversation summaries. The raw text of employees' conversations isn't stored, so it can't be shown to anyone. The summary tells you what was agreed - for example, that someone can't work Friday - without exposing everything they wrote.
Does the time clock track location?
No. Employees clock in and out by sending a message, and Shabetzli records the time. It doesn't collect GPS or location data.
Do you sell or share our data for advertising?
No. We don't sell your team's information and we don't use it for advertising. We use it to run the scheduling service for your business.
How do I get our data deleted?
Write to get.nivoai@gmail.com from the account owner's email address and we'll handle the request. Employees can ask about their own information through their employer or by writing to us.
What if an employee doesn't want to use Shabetzli?
They should tell their manager, who can arrange their shifts another way. Employees can also write to us with any question about their information.
Where can I read the full details?
Our privacy policy covers what we collect, why, how long we keep it and your rights in full.
